一、 毕业论文格式要求
1. 设置要求
电脑XP系统下,采用Microsoft office2003中Word2003对论文文本输入及排版
2. 纸张与页面设置
(1)A4、纵向、单面打印。
(2)页边距:上2.5cm、下2.5cm、左3cm、右2cm;
(3)装订线0cm、页眉1.8cm、页脚1.4cm
3. 页眉
“成都信息工程学院银杏酒店管理学院本科毕业论文” 中文五号楷体(电脑格式显示为楷体GB-2312),居中。
4. 页码
居中。摘要、关键词、目录部分页码为“ⅰ, ⅱ, ⅲ …”; 从正文开始,页码为“1,2,3 …”。(在正文前插入分节符(下一页)再分别插入页码即可)。
5. 正文
英文一律采用Time New Roman小四号;如有汉字,一律用五号宋体。全文1.5倍行距,每段的首行缩进为2个字符(或英文状态下四个空格);两端对齐。
标点符号输入均在英文状态下输入,其中引号使用“” 蝌蚪状引号。
6.摘要、关键词
(1) 英文摘要部分
1) Abstract:小四号;“Abstract:”加粗;顶格。
2) Key words:3~5个关键词用“;”分隔;小四号; “Key words:”加粗; 顶格。摘要和关键词中间空一行。
3) 英文摘要内容150-300词,标点符号在英文状态下输入。
(2) 中文摘要部分
1) 摘要:五号,宋体。“摘要:”加粗;顶格。
2) 关键词:用“;”分隔,五号,“关键词:”加粗, 顶格。
3) 中文摘要内容与英文摘要一一对应,标点符号中文状态下输入。
7. 标题
(1) 英语论文标题:居中加粗小二号,各实词首字母大写。
题目中第一个单词无论实词虚词首字母大写。
题目中最后一个单词是虚词首字母大写。
虚词中超过5个字母的首字母大写,如:“between”。
正副标题之间用冒号,正副标题字号大小一样。
中文论文标题:居中加粗小二号。
(2)论文各级标题设置要求
1)一级标题:顶格加粗四号,第一个单词首字母大写。
2)二级标题:顶格加粗小四号,第一个单词首字母大写。
3)三级标题:顶格加粗小四号,第一个单词首字母大写。
注:不设置四级标题。
(3)论文标题搭配注意事项
e.g. “Introduction to …”; “Discussion on …”; “Analysis of …”
8.目录
Contents用4号加粗字体,首字母大写,该单词居中、顶页。Contents和目录内容之间空一行,目录内容用电脑自动生成,并将行距调为1.5倍行距。目录内容字号为小四号。标题对齐:次级标题应对上级标题第一个单词第一个字母
9. 参考文献
(1) 文中注
论文须标注文中注,文中注中的书目一定要列于参考书目中,文中注数目至少是参考文献的三分之二个。
文中注引用出处格式:(作者, 年代,页码)或(作者,年代)如:(Magistrale, 1992, p.142) (Pikarsky & Christensen, 1976) 英文文中注格式设置中标点符号及字号字体设置均与正文中英文部分一致采用Time New Roman小四号,英文人名只写作者姓,不需写出作者名。如:(Family Name, Year, Page)
若引文是中文文献,则使用中文标注 如:(朱永生, 2001, p.100) (文旭 & 朱永生, 2005)其中标点符号及空格的输入均为英文状态。中文人名采用5号宋体。如:(全名,年份,页码)
引文超过5行以上,另起一段。此引文段每行左右分别缩进2个字符(即4个空格),并标注出处。
(2)文后参考书目
1) “References”四号加粗,居中,顶页眉。
2) 参考文献按作者首字母顺序排列;同一作者按年排列。英文参考文献在前,中文参考文献在后。文献总数不得少于10(不包括在线文献),其中外文资料不得少于5条,中文资料不得多于4条,在线文献资料不得超过4条。中英文资料的界定是以文献本身的语言而定,不以作者国籍而定。
3) 字体为英文小四号,中文五号;两端对齐,行距1.5倍。第二行缩进两个字符,即4 个空格(可在段落格式中选择:悬挂缩进,磅值:2字符)。
4) 中英文参考文献的标点符号均在英文状态下输入。

Abstract: This article focuses on the role of “noticing” and “noticing the gap” in second language acquisition. It is argued that this notion has gained wide support on the basis of intuition and assumption rather than on the findings of appropriate and exhaustive empirical research. The aim of this paper is twofold: a) to consider the theoretical constructs that underlie the role of noticing, and b) to assess the validity of the assumption that noticing enhances language acquisition. This paper concludes that 1) empirical research has yet to validate the role of noticing in language acquisition, 2) an alternative view offered by Truscott (1998), which suggests that noticing is merely tied to the acquisition of metalinguistic knowledge, is worthy of investigation, and 3) future research into the relationship between training learners to notice linguistic forms and the acquisition of metalinguistic knowledge may enhance our understanding of noticing in second language acquisition. The significance of the role of conscious and unconscious processes and the notion of interface in second language (L2) development has been the focus of much debate in the general field of cognitive psychology. One proposal is that put forward by Burka (1996), who offers a hypothesis related to conscious learning that focuses on what Skehan argues is “the crucial concept of noticing” (Deleuze, 1986,p.48) (这是参考文献出处文中注的格式,p用小写). The purpose of this paper is to a) consider the theoretical constructs that underlie the role of noticing, and b) assess the validity of the assumption that noticing enhances language acquisition. The term “consciousness raising” refers to the drawing of learners' attention to the formal properties of language (Fee and Fox., 1988). However, a key difference between noticing and consciousness raising is that noticing has supposed implications for language processing and the actual acquisition of linguistic features.(每段第一行退进4个空格)
Geertz (1973) identifies three aspects of consciousness involved in language learning: awareness, intention and knowledge. Johnstone (1993) states that a) whether a learner deliberately attends to a linguistic form in the input or it is noticed purely unintentionally, if it is noticed it becomes intake. To help clarify Schmidt’s hypothesis and the place of noticing in L2 acquisition the following model, proposed by Ellis, is useful.
